Merck’s Vaccine Division President Julie Gerberding Sells $9.1 Million in Shares—Is She now Jumping the Sinking Ship?

SEC filings reveal that Merck’s Vaccine Division President Julie Gerberding sold over half her Merck shares in January for $9.1 Million. That transaction followed a spate of bad news for Merck’s flagship Gardasil® vaccine against HPV.

It is still uncertain whether human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination prevents cervical cancer as trials were not designed to detect this outcome.

Last month, Cancer Research UK announced an alarming 54% rise in cervical cancer among 24-29-year-olds, the first generation to receive the HPV jabs. The following day, the Journal of the Royal Society of Medicine published a withering critique of Gardasil’s crooked clinical trials, “It is still uncertain whether human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination prevents cervical cancer as trials were not designed to detect this outcome.”

As Gerberding knows, those trials revealed that Gardasil® dramatically RAISES (by +44.6%) the risk of cervical cancer among women with a current infection or those previously exposed to HPV. That may explain the cervical cancer explosions in England and other nations with high inoculation rates in young girls up to age 18; Australia, Spain, Sweden, and Norway. A 2019 study of Alabama girls found the highest cervical cancer rates in the state’s most heavily vaccinated counties (sic).

With Merck’s efficacy pretensions circling the drain, a coalition of leading plaintiff’s lawyers are already in discovery in a suit alleging that Merck fraudulently concealed serious illnesses affecting half, and autoimmune diseases affecting 1 of every 37 girls in Gardasil’s clinical trials within 6 months of injection.

As the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Director from 2002-2009, Gerberding helped Merck paper over these efficacy and safety problems. In 2006, she gave Merck the CDC recommendation that made Gardasil a $5 Billion blockbuster. Gerberding did other lucrative favors for Merck;

• blocking whistleblower Gary Goldman from disclosing that Merck’s chickenpox vaccine was causing a deadly shingles epidemic,
• silencing and punishing whistleblower Dr. William Thompson when he told her that CDC bigwigs were destroying data linking Merck’s MMR to autism, and allowing the company to illegally reformulate its MMR mumps component. Those courtesies earned her the Merck sinecure and huge stock options.

Merck is now fighting existential fraud lawsuits on both the MMR and Gardasil® vaccines, which threaten to license for those key products.

Dr. Julie Gerberding, former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), was named president of Merck & Co Inc’s vaccine division, the company announced in 2008… Why would drug companies always go after high-level public officials? Guess…….

Dr. Gorter:

…. as an Associate Clinical Professor at UCSF, I know Judy Gerberding since many years and early on in the epidemic, while I was working at San Francisco General Hospital (SFGH) with HIV/AIDS patients since 1982. She visited us often as a representative of the City’s Health Department. She was eager to get our latest facts on HIV, its transmission and what she would advise the Municipal Health Authorities concerning Public Health issues and medications… I remember Judy Gerberding as a woman who got what she wanted and advanced strongly (with elbows) her career.

One of the Scandals Judy Gerberding was involved as head of the CDC was all the fraud she helped to eagerly cover-up around the death of so many vaccinated against chickenpox and the silencing and destroying date linking Merck’s MMR with an increase of almost 100 times of autism.

Then, Merck was in court over Gardasil®. This should be exciting news. It is vitally important news especially for teenagers who are injected with dangerous and useless HPV vaccines.

But alas it’s not yet in the mainstream press. I’m sure they know all about it though and are just too conflicted to print it or broadcast it. And in the medical literature, there is no word, of course.

Background

In 2016 Jennifer Robi sued Merck & Co. Inc. and Merck Sharp & Dohme Corp. for fraud and deceit, negligence, misrepresentation and inadequate warnings and information about HPV vaccines. Her case includes the argument that Merck manipulated the fear of cervical cancer so the public would think that young girls needed to have this vaccine.

Jennifer Robi is a 24-year-old former athlete and scholar who has been confined to a wheelchair since receiving her third Gardasil® vaccines at age sixteen. She suffers continual uncontrolled neuro/muscular contractions (jerking) and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) and many other symptoms of systemic autoimmune dysregulation.

Jennifer’s attorney, Sol Ajalat is joined by ‘a blue ribbon A-Team of the nation’s leading plaintiffs’ law firms’ which include Children’s Health Defense’s own Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Kim Mack Rosenberg (a co-author of The HPV Vaccine on Trial.

Evidence was given about Gardasil’s Amorphous Aluminum Hydroxyphosphate Sulfate (AAHS) adjuvant and how it over-stimulated the immune systems of vaccine recipients resulting in the many thousands of girls and now boys suffering autoimmune conditions in many organs of their young bodies.

This “autoimmune process” causes a cascade of illnesses that, in Jennifer Robi’s case, resulted in damage and deterioration in diverse organ systems throughout her body.

The court was told that Merck has refused to disclose the contents of AAHS or to provide samples to independent and university scientists for testing. Studies done by independent scientists like Dr. Chris Exley, Dr. Yehuda Shoenfeld, and Dr. Chris Shaw have found that mice and sheep exposed to similar concentrations of aluminum adjuvants, like those found in these vaccines are adversely affected developing strange behavioral patterns and conditions mirroring autoimmune diseases.

Blatant fraud

Before the licensing of Gardasil, Merck told the US Food and Drug Administration, (FDA) that the control group in their study were given a true inert placebo. However, as the authors of The HPV Vaccine on Trial found the vaccinated 9-15 year-olds in this study received half the AAHS adjuvant. This means that they received just half the amount of adjuvant than is in the licensed vaccine – the one given to the millions of girls and now boys across the globe. The study participants received 112.5 micrograms of the adjuvant whereas the licensed vaccine has 225 mcg of AAHS. And remember that AAHS is organic aluminum and enters right away into the brain and nervous tissue.

Dr. Gorter:

…….Aluminum salts are by far the most commonly used adjuvants in vaccines compared with mercury salts. Today, there are only two aluminum salts that are used in clinically-approved vaccines, Alhydrogel® and AdjuPhos®, while the novel aluminum adjuvant used in Gardasil® is a sulfated version of the latter. We have investigated the physicochemical properties of these two aluminum adjuvants and specifically in milieus approximating to both vaccine vehicles and the composition of injection sites. Additionally, we have used a monocytic cell line to establish the relationship between their physicochemical properties and their internalization and cytotoxicity. We emphasize that aluminum adjuvants used in clinically approved vaccines are chemically and biologically dissimilar with concomitantly potentially distinct roles in vaccine-related severe adverse events….

The problem many researchers and I see is the significant affinity of organic aluminum salts towards nerve tissue and not affected by the blood-brain barrier. Rapidly, organic aluminum crosses the blood-brain barrier and settles in the brain; with all the detrimental consequences like paralysis, auto-immune diseases, and autism. Inorganic Aluminium is to be found in the gut as a form of pollution and the absorption from the gut is practically zero.
