FRAUD

Many have reported on vaccine manufacturers’ exaggerated claims about the benefits of the COVID-19 vaccines.

For example, in November 2020, Pfizer published results in a press release claiming that its mRNA vaccine was “95% effective against COVID-19”. The statistic was widely cited by politicians, academics, and the media, writes Maryanne Demasi, PhD.

Several weeks later, when the details of the study were published, it turned out that the ‘relative risk reduction’; or 95% corresponded to an ‘ absolute risk reduction’ of just 0.84% – a much more conservative number that was never publicly promoted.

The way the statistic was communicated to the public likely skewed their perception of the vaccine’s benefit and increased their willingness to get vaccinated.

I also wrote about how Pfizer hid its data on losing immunity. Registrations showed that Pfizer had evidence early in the vaccination campaign that the vaccine’s efficacy was waning, but the company waited months before warning the public. < /span>

Pfizer declined to explain why it delayed publishing its data, but if the public had been informed of the vaccine’s declining efficacy at that time, it would have hindered the vaccine’s acceptance.

These deceptive practices are now part of a lawsuit against Pfizer.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced this week that he is suing Pfizer. He says the company “deliberately misrepresented the efficacy” of the vaccine and censored people “who threatened to spread the truth” about the vaccine in public discussions.

Study: people who have been infected with mRNA (Pfizer, Moderna) and recombinant DNA (Janssen) are at high risk in the coming flu season due to hypersensitivity to the spike protein of the virus

In a statement, Paxton wrote: “We seek justice for the people of Texas, many of whom were coerced by tyrannical vaccination mandates into taking a defective product sold through lies… The facts are clear. Pfizer has not told the truth about their COVID-19 vaccines.”

Paxton is seeking more than $US10 million in civil penalties and an injunction banning Pfizer from publicly speaking about the vaccine’s efficacy.

According to the 54-page lawsuit, Pfizer is engaged in a “deception campaign on several fronts” and as a result, the company has “settled on grossly and unfairly enriched by his misleading actions”, namely;

– First, the duration of protection: When the FDA first approved Pfizer’s vaccine, it acknowledged that it was “not possible” to know how effective the vaccine would remain for more than two months. But in early 2021, Pfizer deliberately created the false impression that its vaccine provided durable and long-lasting protection, even going so far as to withhold highly relevant data and information from the consuming public, showing a rapid decline in efficacy.

– Second, transmissions: The FDA warned Pfizer that it “needed additional information” to determine whether the vaccine protected against “transmission” or COVID-19 between individuals. But Pfizer instead wagered a fear campaign, tapping into the public’s intense fear about the year-long pandemic to insinuate that vaccination was necessary for Americans to protect their loved ones from contracting COVID-19.

– Thirdly, variant protection: Pfizer knowingly made false and unsubstantiated claims about the vaccine’s performance against variants, including specifically the so-called Delta variant. The vaccine performed remarkably poorly against the Delta variant, and Pfizer’s data confirmed this fact. Despite this, Pfizer told the public that the vaccine was “very, very, very effective against Delta.”

The lawsuit goes on to say that Pfizer also overtly took action to intimidate and silence people who published factual information about the COVID-19 vaccines to “prolong the effectiveness of the company’s deception campaign.”

Paxton said: “When the product’s failure became apparent, Pfizer turned to silence truth-mongers.”

The lawsuit names journalist Alex Berenson as one of the people who were censored. The indictment alleges that Berenson posted information critical of the mRNA vaccines to his hundreds of thousands of followers, so Pfizer “plotted to silence Berenson and remove his statements from public discourse.”

In addition to forcing social media platforms to censor truthful information, the lawsuit alleges that Pfizer intimidated vaccine skeptics. For example, in November 2021, CEO Albert Bourla labeled them “criminals” who have “literally cost millions of lives.”

In summary, the lawsuit states:

“Pfizer knowingly and recklessly participated in a multifaceted scheme to mislead the American public about the efficacy of its COVID-19 vaccine, including making affirmative misrepresentations, withholding important information, and taking steps to censor and harass individuals and suppress those who spread truthful information detrimental to Pfizer’s deceptive plan to increase sales and consumption of its vaccine.”

Many have welcomed the move, saying it could have political ramifications or encourage other states to file similar lawsuits.

PFIZER

In 1917, Rudolf Steiner PhD, (1861-1925) predicted and explained in detail how Big Pharma and their cronies would push for a “vaccine” that would alter the body into the deepest of its cells (gene manipulation), causing that person to more and more experience he was a physical body only and that one could manipulate one’s physical body like a robot.
